Bec brings extensive experience in working with young people facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including those with anxiety, chronic illnesses, behavioural concerns, and neurodivergence such as Autism and ADHD.
Her expertise covers various mental health concerns, applying Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based interventions.
She excels in conducting cognitive, academic, and diagnostic assessments, using diverse psychometric measures to ensure comprehensive evaluations. Bec is dedicated to delivering culturally sensitive, gender and neurodiverse-affirming care, and tailoring her approach to suit the unique needs of each client.
