Madi supports young people with a range of mental health presentations including depression, anxiety, trauma, emotion regulation, and relationship difficulties. She has experience working in school and community settings with a particular interest in supporting the wellbeing of school-aged children, adolescents, and young adults to engage in education and training.
Madi uses an individualised therapeutic approach that draws on elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. Madi values a collaborative and flexible approach that is culturally sensitive, gender, LGBTQIA+, and neurodiverse affirming.
